Thomas P. Blinde (1987) is a Dutch writer and entrepreneur based in Roden, the Netherlands, where he lives with his partner, Rowan, and their children.

He began writing in earnest after leaving politics, turning a long-standing love of storytelling into nearly four years of work on his debut novel, The Collapse of the New World: adult epic fantasy exploring power, esotericism, magic, and the ways people transform, or refuse to.

The Collapse of the New World is the first book of The Era of Return. The Rise of the Old Seat is forthcoming, and Illumination, the third book, is in the writing.
